Menopause is something that comes to all woman and yet it often takes us by surprise. This workshop will cover all aspects of Menopause & Peri-menopause and is therefore suitable for a variety of woman. We'll cover:

Exercise for bone density, flexibilty & pelvic floor
Nutritional advice
Ways to deal with anxiety

This is also a chance to chat to other woman in a safe, non judgemental space about a variety of issues
