Do you want to improve your flexibility? Maybe you've always wanted to do the splits but are too afraid to try. Maybe you can't even touch your toes. Here at Rebel Barre we love to see our Rebel gals and guys get more bendy so we are running a special 2 hour Splits workshop to help give you some tips on how to get a bit more flexibility into your life. Great for anyone no matter what level you are at. We can't promise to get you into splits straight away but we'll give you some tips on how to work on it.
Orla and Jade will guide you through a barre workout to warm up the muscles followed by stretches and sequences to open and stretch the muscles especially the hips and hamstrings and give you tools to work towards the splits
